Dallas Helen Riggs 79 of Lloyd KY went to be with the Lord on Thursday, August 24, 2017 at the Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland KY.

She was born in Greenup County KY on September 22, 1937 a daughter of the late Alex Stevens & Thelma Watkins Fetters.

She was preceded in death along with her parents by her husband Larry Paul Riggs; a daughter, Patty Gail Akers and a brother, Kenneth Stevens.

She is survived by a son, Michael Paul Riggs of Circleville OH; two daughters, Melinda Jane Mowery of Commercial Point OH and Peggy Davis of Ashland; a half brother, Alex Stevens of Greenup; a half sister, Evelyn Richey of Ohio; eight grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Monday, August 28, 2017 at Wright’s Funeral Home in Greenup KY by Brother Kenny Martin.

Burial will follow at the Siloam Cemetery in South Shore KY.

Visitation will be from 11:00 AM till the time of service on Monday at the funeral home.
