Carolyn Kaye Sizemore 67 of Lexington KY went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, August 3, 2017 at the VA Medical Center in Lexington.

She was born in Jenkins KY on May 2, 1950 a daughter of the late Homer & Dora Spurlock Caldwell.

She was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and the U.S. Army.

She was preceded in death along with her parents by a son, Garth Douglas Sizemore in 2006.

She is survived by a brother Roy Caldwell of MI and three sisters Frances Smiley, Rhonda Caldwell and Kelly Caldwell all of MI and a host of extended family and friends.

Graveside services will be 11:30 AM Monday, August 7, 2017 at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery NE in Greenup County KY by Dr. Tom Melvin

There is no visitation.

Military graveside rites will be performed by the Kenova American Legion.
