Charles Law Obituary

Charles Dewey Law 89 of Greenup went to be with the Lord on Friday, July 26, 2019 at the Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland KY.

He was born in Franklin County KY on June 12, 1930 a son of the late Walter & Katherine Mullins Law.

He was a former truck driver for J.B. Hunt, a U.S. Army Veteran and a member of the Wurtland Missionary Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death along with his parents by a son, Barry Mitchell Law and a great grandson, Izaiah Law.

He is survived by his wife Maxine Scott Law; three sons, Charles Scott Law and his wife Vickie of Flatwoods, Paul Derrick Law and his wife Christina of Greenup and Darin Keith Law and his wife Missy of Lloyd; a daughter in law, Teresa Law Smith of Wurtland; 8 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren and a host of extended family and friends.

Graveside funeral services will be 1:00 PM Monday, July 29, 2019 at the Scott Cemetery in Oldtown Kentucky by Brother Russ Foster.

There is no public visitation.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Wright’s Funeral Home.
