Debra Salmons, 60, of Wheelersburg, OH, currently residing in Austin, TX, passed away Tuesday, August 29th.

Debbie, as she is known by family and friends was born April 13th 1957. Debbie was a long time employee of Daniels Head Insurance, where she met her longtime friend and colleague Alice. Alice has been a tremendous help to the family during this difficult time, and the family wishes to extend their sincere thanks to her.

Debbie is survived by her parents, Wayne and Nora Salmons, and her sisters Pamela Hunter and Patricia Stapleton. In addition: her brother-in-law David Stapleton, her niece Katy Evans, as well as her nephews and their spouses, Steven and Kelli Hunter, David and Sabrina Hunter, Matthew and Dustylane Stapleton, and Timothy Stapleton.

Debbie also has many great nieces and nephews: Caden, ElijahLuke, Sophie, Emily, Zoe, Abby, Chloe, Daisy, Emma, Everett and Timmy. Debbie was a loyal and loving daughter, sister, aunt and friend to all that knew her.

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Wednesday, September 6, 2017 at Wright’s Funeral Home in Greenup by Elder Gary Adkins.

Burial will follow in the Sunset Memorial Gardens in Franklin Furnace OH.

Visitation will be at 6:00 PM Tuesday, September 5, 2017 and 2 hours before the funeral Tuesday at the funeral home.
