Eula M. McFarland, 94, of Garrison, KY formerly of Pataskala/Columbus went to be with the Lord on Monday, August 14, 2017 at Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital in Russell KY.

She was born in Lawrence County, KY on February 27, 1923.

Eula is preceded in death by her parents Smith and Jettie Young and Katherine Young, her husband Earl McFarland, son and daughter-in-law Gary (Sue) McFarland, daughter-in-law Beulah McFarland, son-in-law Elmer Heldreth, grandson Brian Heldreth, brothers Omer, Ivan, Dave and Joe Young.

She is survived by children Shelby (Tish) McFarland, Sharon Heldreth, Wayne (Pamela) McFarland, brothers Don (Judy), Sonny (Kathy) and Phil, sisters Vivian, Jean, Lorraine and Judy, sisters-in-law Patricia and Beth, 19 grandchildren, 36 great grandchildren, 23 great great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.

Family will receive friends Thursday, August 17, 2017 from 6-8 PM and Friday, August 18, 2017 from 12 PM until time of service at 1 PM at SCHOEDINGER NORTH CHAPEL, 5554 Karl Rd. Interment will follow at Franklin Hills Memory Gardens.

Wright’s Funeral Home in Greenup are in charge of local arrangements.
