John Andy Workman

John Andy Workman 54 of Ashland KY went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, June 20, 2018 at his residence.

He was born in Ashland on July 9, 1963 a son of Joseph Franklin & Hazel Nadine Gehringer Workman.

He was a Security Administrator for the Army Corps of Engineers in Huntington WV, a member of the Ashland Eagles and a veteran of the U.S. Air Force where he was a crew chief on a C-130 Hercules.

He was preceded in death by his father.

He is survived by his mother; two brothers, Kelly Workman and Joseph Workman both of Greenup; a sister, Krissie Warbel of Russell; three nephews, Kelly Workman Jr., D.J. Warbal and Sam Warbel; a niece, Halee Warbel and a host of extended family and friends.

Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Monday, June 25, 2018 at Wright’s Funeral Home in Greenup KY by Brother Roy Roach.

Burial will follow at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery NE.

Visitation will be from 9:00 AM till the time of the funeral Monday at the funeral home.
