Willard Scott “Willie” Allen 68 of Russell KY went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, November 28, 2018 at Southern Ohio Medical Center in Portsmouth OH.

He was born in Greenup County Kentucky on November 28, 1958 a son of the late Bud & Virgie Marie Adams Allen.

A memorial service and burial will be held at a later date in the Pennsylvania Cemetery on Culp Creek in Argillite KY.

No services are scheduled at this time.

Wright’s Funeral Home in Greenup has been entrusted with the arrangements.
