William Alex Potter

William Alex Potter 35 of Warnock went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, May 7, 2019.

He was born in Ironton Ohio on June 17, 1983 a son of William Hubert & Mary Patricia Melvin Potter.

He was a four year member of the Greenup County High School Marine Corps Jr. R.O.T.C.; he loved going to the zoo, the Bengal Tigers, fishing; and was a regular at the Greenup County Public Library were he loved to read.

Alex loved life and being with his family.

He is survived by his parents William Hubert & Mary Patricia Melvin Potter of Warnock; a sister, April Dawn Burke and her husband Gregory of Vanceburg; two nephews, Drake Burke and Eli Burke and a host of aunts, uncles, extended family and friends.

Funeral services will be at 1:00 PM, Friday, May 10, 2019 at Wright’s Funeral Home in Greenup KY by Brother Junior Moore.

Burial will follow in the Warnock Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 11:00 AM till the time of the service on Friday at the funeral home.
