William Harold Hughes 68 of Ashland KY, went to be with the Lord on Friday, September 22, 2017 at Wurtland Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Wurtland KY.

He was born in Ashland KY on May 22, 1949 a son of the late William Douglas & Ethel Vanhorn Hughes.

He was a retired Carman with CSX Railroad and a veteran of the U.S. Navy serving in Vietnam.

He was preceded in death along with his parents by a brother Michael Ray Hughes.

He is survived by two brothers, James Randall Hughes of Wurtland and Larry Hughes of Ashland.
