Betty E. Farris 48, of Flatwoods KY went to be with the Lord on Thursday, May 7, 2026, at her residence.

She was born in Ashland KY on January 14, 1978, the daughter of the late James Hensley and the late Linda Birkemeier Layne.

She was preceded in death along with her parents by a sister, Angela Kay Hensley.

She is survived by her husband, Joseph Adam Farris; a brother, James Edward Layne and his wife Cheri and her step father, Richard Layne.

There are no services scheduled at this time.

She will be buried at a later date in her family cemetery.
