1948 – 2020

William Edward “Bill” Bramblett 72 of Raceland KY went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, November 24, 2020 at the U.K. Medical Center in Lexington KY.

He was born in Ironton OH on August 20, 1948 a son of James. M. & Virgie Wright Bramblett Jr..

He was the program coordinator of financial aid for K.C.T.C.S., a veteran of the U.S. Army and a member of the Raceland Christian Church.

He was preceded in death along with his parents by two grandchildren, Luke Ratliff and Jase Ratliff and two brothers, Kenneth Bramblett and Jimmy Dale Bramblett.

He survived by his wife Barbara Elaine Barton Bramblett; four daughters, Melissa Ratliff and her husband Jeff of Piqua OH, Stephanie Howell and her husband John of Ashland, Alexandria Moore and her husband Kenny of Grayson and Kathryn Bramblett of Raceland; ten grandchildren, Conor Ratliff, William Ratliff, Jayda Martin, Lauren DuVall, Bailey Miller, Mia Friley, Clayton Moore, Kimber Moore, Bentley Roberts and Greyson Bramblett; a brother, Ronald Bramblett and his wife Connie of Ashland; two sisters, Connie Sue Rhoades of Lloyd and Vicki Fraley and her husband Rodney of Greenup along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.

Due to government COVID 19 regulations private funeral services will be held Monday, November 30, 2020 at Wright’s Funeral Home in Greenup KY by Pastors Jason Lykins and Greg Denton.

Burial will follow at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery NE.

There are no public services.

Mask and social distancing are required at all times.
