Calvin Ray Stover Jr.

Calvin Ray Stover Jr. 64 of Greenup went to be with the Lord on Monday, December 16, 2019 at Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital in Russell KY.

He was born in Charleston WV on January 25, 1955 a son of the late Willie & Betty Potter Skaggs.

He was a retired compliance manager for Heiners Bakery and a 1973 graduate of Greenup Independent High School.

He was preceded in death along with his parents by a brother, Rex Roberts.

He is survived by his wife Tina Gail Lawson Stover; three daughters, Sarah Stover of Kenova WV, Melissa Stover of Worthington and Mandy Turley of Kenova; four grandchildren, Bailee Dungan, Kynzlynn Clark, Genesis Tee and Graciella Tee; a sister, Wilda Scaggs of Highland IN; two brothers, Mike Roberts of Daytona Beach FL and Randy Roberts of South Charleston WV; his barn companion cat, Puss Puss along with a host of extended family and friends.

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Friday, December 20, 2019 at Wright’s Funeral Home in Greenup KY.

Burial will follow in the Prichard Cemetery in Greenup KY.

Visitation will be from 11:00 AM till the time of the service on Friday.
