Cassie Leigh Blair, 39, of Greenup KY, went to be with the Lord, Thursday, July 17, 2025, at her residence.

She was born in Ashland KY, on April 5, 1986, a daughter of Arthur & Vickie Madden Blair of Lloyd KY.

Cassie is survived along with her parents by a son, Connor Fraley of Greenup KY; a sister Katie Blair Barrick and her husband Andrew of Tralee, Ireland; a maternal grandfather, Herman Richard Madden of Lloyd KY; a niece Evelyn and a nephew Oliver, along with aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and friends.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, at her parents, Arthur & Vickie Blair’s residence, by brother Jack Edwards.

Burial will follow at the Brick Union Cemetery in Lloyd KY.

In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made to the Greenup Meals on Wheels.
