1983 – 2023

Chasity Dawn Tharp 40 of Raceland KY went to be with the Lord on Thursday, November 30, 2023, at her residence following an extended illness.

She was born in Ashland KY on March 21, 1983, a daughter of William Clay “Bill” & Karen Sue Tackett Tharp.

She was a Certified Nursing Assistant working in several local nursing homes.

She was preceded in death by her mother in 2015.

She is survived along with her father by a daughter, Brynn Addison Tharp of Load; a sister, Amber Marshelle Tharp of Wurtland; two nieces, McKenzie Adams and Mahaley Tharp along with a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and friends.

Honoring Chasity’s wishes there will be no traditional services. She will be cremated, and her ashes buried in the Chaffins Cemetery in Load KY beside her mother at a later date.  

Wright’s Funeral Home in Greenup, KY. has been entrusted with the arrangements.
