Cortney Danielle Stephens 38, of Flatwoods KY went to be with the Lord on Thursday, April 10, 2025, at her residence.

She was born in Ashland KY on May 2, 1986, a daughter of the late Anthony Mearle “Tony” George and the late Teresa Lynn Sparks Jordan.

She was a home health care provider.

She is survived by her husband, William Matthew “Matt” Stephens; two children, Lillian Stephens and Brantley Stephens; a brother, Michael Jordan and his wife Journey of Ashland; a sister, Ashley Clay and her husband John of Catlettsburg along with a host of extended family and friends.

There are no services scheduled at this time.
