Coy Horsley
1951 – 2024
Coy Horsley 73, of Garrison KY went to be with the Lord on Sunday, October 13, 2024, at his residence following a sudden illness.
He was born in Garrison KY on July 20, 1951, a son of the late Commey & Lottie Davis Horsley.
He was a retired Laborer with Portsmouth Casting and was a member of the Load Church of Christ.
He was preceded in death along with his parents by a grandson, Dwayne Horsley; a great grandson, Kasen Rhett Caskey; a sister, Eunice Newman; three brothers, Ronald Horsley, Donald Horsley and Winford Horsley and a half-brother, Norman Davis.
He is survived by his wife, Jannie Hamilton Horsley; a daughter, Penny Caskey and her husband Gary of Garrison; a son, Randy Horsley and his wife Tammy of Greenup; six grandchildren, Savannah Horsley and her husband Travis, Austin Caskey and his wife Lauren, Dalton Horsley and his wife Rose, Maegan Horsley, Javens Mosley and Chris Horsley; two great grandchildren, Evie Schultz and Greyson Horsley; a brother, George Horsley and his wife Christine along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
Funeral services will be at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, October 16, 2024, at Wright’s Funeral Home in Greenup KY by Brother Lonzo Horsley.
Burial will follow in the Hamilton Cemetery in Warnock KY.
Visitation will be from 11:00 AM till the time of the funeral on Wednesday at the funeral home.
Serving as Pallbearers will be Austin Caskey, Gary Caskey, Dalton Horsley, Alan Newman, Mike Horsley and Randy Horsley.
