1963 – 2024

Cynthia Eileen Toby 61, of Greenup KY went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, July 9, 2024, at Wurtland Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Wurtland KY.

She was born in Ft. Monmonth NJ on February 20, 1963, a daughter of Terry Roger and Shirley Jean Creasman Doran.

She was a former Psych Nurse and was of the Baptist Faith.

She was preceded in death along with her mother by her husband, Richard Craig Toby in 2007.

She is survived by two children, Marissa Carolina Doran of Ashland and Terry Craig Toby of Greenup; her father, Terry Roger Doran of Melbourne FL; a brother, Nicholas Blaine Doran of San Diego CA along with a host of extended family and friends.

She will be buried together with her husband in the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery NE in Greenup County Kentucky, at 11:00 AM on Thursday, July 17, 2024.
