Dana Marie Skeens 52, of Load KY went to be with the Lord on Saturday, March 27, 2021 at Kings Daughters Medical Center in Ashland KY.

She was born in Ashland KY on December 7, 1968 a daughter of James David & Laura Hicks Brown of Load.

She was preceded in death by her father.

Dana was a supporter of the Greenup County 4-H & FFA programs and enjoyed watching the kids show every year.

She is survived along with her mother by her husband, Terry Lynn Skeens; two sons, Shannon Wireman and his wife Rebecah and Tyler Skeens both of Load; two granddaughters, Amber and Ariel Wireman; three sisters, Jenny Howard and her husband Donald, Carla Skeens and her husband Danny and Angela Howard and her husband Greg all of Load; a brother, Anthony Brown and his wife Carla of South Shore along with a host on nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM, Thursday, April 1, 2021 at Wright’s Funeral Home in Greenup KY by Brother Donny Smith.

Burial will follow in the James Brown Cemetery in Load KY.

Visitation will be from 11:00 AM till the time of the service Thursday at the funeral home.
