David Duane Conrad 64, of Portsmouth OH went to be with the Lord on Sunday, September 10, 2023, at Southern Ohio Medical Center in Portsmouth OH.

He was born in Portsmouth on June 9, 1959, a son of the late Carroll Wayne & Lois Jacqueline Samuel Conrad.

He was a carpenter, a veteran of the U.S. Navy and a 1976 graduate of Greenup County High School.

He is survived by a daughter, Alex Jasmine Conrad; a brother, Darin Derik Conrad (Nenia Adkins) of South Shore; two sisters, Kimberly Karol Morrison and her husband Brian of Ft. Myers FL and Greenup KY and Robin Renee Phelps of Russell KY along with a host of extended family and friends.

Graveside funeral services will be at Noon, Thursday, September 14, 2023, at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery NE in Greenup County Kentucky by Brother Jason Crum.

Military services will be held by the Kenova American Legion.

A funeral procession will leave the funeral home at 11:15 AM on Thursday or you can meet the procession at the cemetery at 11:50 AM.
