1936 – 2021

Delores Marie Hess 84 of Ashland KY went to be with the Lord on Monday, February 8, 2021 at Kings Daughter Medical Center in Ashland KY.

She was born in Danleyton KY on October 18, 1936 a daughter of the late Willard Dee & Francis Marie Bartram Collier.

She was a retired Operator for Calgon Carbon.

She was preceded in death along with her parents by three brothers, Aleck Dean, James Collier and William Collier and a sister, Ella Louise Collier.

She is survived by a daughter, Deborah Rappa and her husband John of Lithia FL; two granddaughters, Amanda Nakamine and her husband Sam of Chattanooga TN and Katie Rappa of Tampa FL; two great grandchildren, Lydia Nakamine and Aiden Nakamine; two brothers, Roger Collier and his wife Lisa and Bobby Collier and his wife Kathy all of Load KY along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousin, extended family and friends.

Graveside services will be at 1:00 PM on Friday, February 12, 2021 at the Moses Bentley Cemetery in Load KY by Dr. Thomas Melvin.

A private viewing will be held for the family.

Wright’s Funeral Home in Greenup has been entrusted with her arrangements.
