Diana McCoy 61, of Grassy Creek in Carter County went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, at the Southern Ohio Medical Center in Portsmouth OH.

She was born in Portsmouth OH on June 19, 1963, a daughter of the late Clyde & Malinda Arlene Worthington McCoy.

She was preceded in death along with her parents by two siblings, Brenda J. McCoy and Dennis R. McCoy.

She is survived by a son, David J. Wilburn and his wife Connie Sue of Warnock; three daughters, Jennifer Kelly Neace of Carter City, Kimberly Neace and her husband Trevor of Kehoe and Renee Wilburn (Justin Meadows) of Carter City; 12 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; two brothers, Clyde E. McCoy and his wife Connie of Carter City and Charles T. McCoy and his wife Becky of Garrison; five sisters, Theresa McGlone of Olive Hill, Tina Evans and her husband Bob of Anderson IN, Susan Williams and her husband Chris of Owensville, Debra Potter and her husband Ed of Warnock and Elaine Butterfield and her husband Charlie of Tacoma WA along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.

Funeral services will be at 1:00 PM on Saturday, May 24, 2025, at Wright’s Funeral Home in Greenup KY by Brother Floyd Neace.

Burial will follow in the Arms Cemetery in Carter County KY.

Visitation will be from 11:00 AM till the time of the service on Saturday at the funeral home.
