Edd Howard III 50, a lifelong resident of Greenup County passed away on Wednesday, April 30, 2025, in Portsmouth OH.

He was born in Kenton OH on January 19, 1975, a son of the late Annetta Horsley Haas.

Eddie loved his family and friends. He had a big heart and a contagious laugh. He will always be missed by all who know him.

He was preceded in death along with his mother by his stepfather, Joseph Haas.

He is survived by three children, Kandice Howard of Picayune MS, Kacey Cooper of South Shore and Samuel Roberts of Ashland; a sister, Angela Roush (David Allen) of Oldtown; three grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and numerous aunts and uncles, extended family and friends.

There are no services scheduled at this time.

Burial will be at a later date next to his mother in the Horsley Cemetery in Oldtown KY.

Wright’s Funeral Home in Greenup, KY. has been entrusted with the arrangements.
