1938 – 2021
Emma Jean Hall 83 of Wurtland KY went to be with the Lord on Thursday, December 30, 2021, at the Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland KY.
She was born in Ironton OH on January 23, 1938, a daughter of the late Samuel & Mary Eaches Daniels.
She attended the Oldsteam Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death along with her parents by her husband, Ernest Beecher Hall; a son, Steven Hall and three sisters, Lula Mae Turley, Margie Litteral and Etta Sue Sweeney.
She is survived by two daughters, Lisa Bostick of Wurtland and Mary Cochran and her husband Matt of Wurtland; two sisters, Lee Merchant of Owenton KY and Wilhelmina Kirk of Wurtland; a daughter in law, Teresa Hall of Flatwoods; nine grandchildren, Jenny Bowen, Keith Hall, Andrew Bostick, Joshua Bostick, Jacob Bostick, Brittney Liming, Dylan Liming, Kyle Cochran and Ernie Hall; four great grandchildren, Jerome Hall, Octavious Hall, Zaylen Hall and Trey Hall along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
Memorial services will be held at 6:00 PM, Tuesday, January 4, 2022, at the Oldsteam Baptist Church by Brother Rodney Vance.
Burial will take place at a later date in the Melvin Cemetery in Wurtland KY.
The family will receive visitors one hour before the memorial service on Tuesday at the church.
The services have been entrusted to Wright’s Funeral Home in Greenup KY.
