Helen Irene Boyles, 85, of Raceland, Kentucky passed away Sunday, November 23, 2025, after an extended illness.

Helen was born October 24, 1940, in Ashland Kentucky to the late Roy G. Wilson and Bertha Miller Wilson.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son Robert Boyles and a brother, Roy Wilson Jr.

She worked in the bakery department of Applegate's Supermarket for many years.

She is survived by her husband Wilburn Boyles of Raceland, Kentucky, a son Duane Boyles of Greenup, Kentucky, a sister Frances Rayburn of Ashland, Kentucky, a daughter in-law Kelly Ann Boyles of Maloneton, Kentucky, a sister in-law Bessie Hill of Bellefonte, Kentucky, a granddaughter Mary Beth Boyles of Maloneton, Kentucky, a grandson John Luke (Jessie) Boyles of Worthington, Kentucky, two great grandchildren Donovan and Vinny Boyles of Worthington, Kentucky and very special nieces and nephews, Sue Hoehn of Marietta, Georgia, Doug (Laurinda) Wilson, Marietta, Georgia, Cheryl Ray (John) Bench, Cincinnati, Ohio, Karen Lynn (Jim) Craig, Knoxville, Tennessee and Jason (Nicole) Hill, Huntsville, Alabama.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 AM on Saturday, November 29, 2025, at Wright’s Funeral Home in Greenup KY by Brother Todd Parsley.

Burial will follow in the Brick Union Cemetery in Lloyd Kentucky.

Visitation will be after 6:00 PM on Friday, November 28. 2025, and 1 hour before the funeral service on Saturday at the funeral home
