Jason Mark Russell 42, of Portsmouth OH went to be with the Lord on Saturday, June 17, 2023 at Southern Ohio Medical Center from injuries suffered from a motorcycle accident.

He was born in Ironton OH on November 14, 1980, a son of Melvin R. & Melissa Ann Bloomfield Russell of Portsmouth OH.

He attended the Calvary Apostolic Lighthouse Church in Wurtland KY and the Apostolic Gospel Church in Portsmouth and was an avid motorcycle rider.

He is survived along with his parents by his wife, Heather Marie Brown Russell; a maternal grandmother, Marjorie Bloomfield; two stepsons, Donnie Frate and Dylan Frate both of Portsmouth; two brothers, Zachary Tyler Russell (Rebecca) of Portsmouth and Melvin R. Russell II of Greenup; two nieces, Laylah Russell and Taylor Long; a nephew, Hunter Russell; his Poodle, Jasmine along with a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and friends.

Funeral services will be at 12:00 noon on Monday, June 26, 2023 at the Calvary Apostolic Lighthouse Church in Wurtland KY by Brother Danny Neal and Brother David Morrison.

Burial will follow in the Caroline Cemetery in Raceland KY with graveside services being held by Brother Terry Gillum and Brother Mark Russell.

Visitation will be from 11:00 till the time of the funeral service on Monday at the church.
