Jeffery Brian Furnish 56, of Worthington KY went to be with the Lord on Monday, December 22, 2025, at UK / Kings Daughters Medical Center in Ashland KY.

He was born in Ft. Thomas KY on December 19, 1969, a son of the late Robert Brown & Edith Gerald Oak Furnish Jr.

He was a supervisor with Superior Environmental Solutions in Lloyd KY and a member of the Greenup First Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death along with parents by a brother Kevin Furnish.

He is survived by his wife Melissa Lynn Caudill Furnish; two daughters, Brittney Nicole Shaffer and her husband Robbie of Worthington, Kaylee Ann Furnish and her fiancée Brandon Dalton of Worthington; three grandchildren, Grayson, Noah and Hallie; two brothers, Robert Brown Furnish III of Flatwoods, Michael A. Furnish of Covington KY; two sisters, Ketrina Jordan of Ft. Payne AL and Gwen Clark of Russell Ky along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, his church family and friends.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM on Sunday, December 28, 2025, at Wright’s Funeral Home in Greenup KY by Dr. Thomas Melvin.

Burial will follow in the Johnson Cemetery in Oldtown KY.  

Visitation will be after 6:00 PM on Saturday, December 27, 2025, and from Noon till the time of the funeral service on Sunday at the funeral home.
