Jerry Lee Neal 79, of Argillite KY went to be with the Lord on Sunday, September 20, 2026, at his residence following a sudden illness.

He was born in Seymore IN on July 17, 1947, a son of the late Floyd Watson & Elva Mae Wrenn Neal.

He was a retired Sheet Metal Worker for United Metal Automation & Control at Toyota in Georgetown KY. He was a member of the Revival Tabernacle Church in Lexington KY.

His whole life he was a hard worker; he loved spending time with his family, fishing with his grandchildren, working the tractor on the farm and setting on his front porch.

He was preceded in death along with his parents by his wife Mary Edith Watts Neal; one grandchild; three great grandchildren and five siblings.

He is survived by four daughters, Tina Givens of Winchester KY, Lisa Lane and her husband James of Lexington, Lona Neal (Wilfred Darby) of Argillite and Tracy Morse of Lexington; a brother, Ronnie Neal of Morristown IN; 8 grandchildren; 32 great grandchildren; 5 great great grandchildren along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.

Funeral services will be at 1:00 PM on Thursday, September 24, 2026, at the Revival Tabernacle Church 1820 Versailles Road Lexington KY 40504 by Brother Gary Ward.

Burial will follow in the Lexington Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 11:00 AM till the time of the service on Thursday at the church.
