John Henry Root Jr. 29 of Greenup KY went to be with the Lord on Saturday, January 23, 2021 at Southern Ohio Medical Center in Portsmouth OH following a sudden illness.

He was born in Dearborn MI on September 7, 1991 a son of John Henry & Patricia Lynn Stevenson Root Sr. of Greenup KY.

He is survived along with his parents by two sisters, Elizabeth Ann Root and Rebecca Mae Root; his maternal grandparents, Willie and Daisy Farley Stevenson of Greenup along with a host of aunts, uncles, cousins extended family and friends.

A memorial service will be held a later date.

Wright’s Funeral Home in Greenup KY has been entrusted with his arrangements.
