Joyce M. Flaugher 52, of Flatwoods KY went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, in Wurtland KY following an accident.

She was born in Ashland KY on March 5, 1974, a daughter of the late Thomas Jefferson & Joann Martin Gibson.

She was preceded in death along with her parents by a grandson, Landon Wright and a brother Thomas Jeffery Gibson.  

She was a former clerk with Super Quik Inc. in Raceland KY and was currently working at Wendy’s in Greenup KY.

She is survived by a son, Dallas Knipp and his fiancée Zoe Vallance of Lexington KY; a daughter, Shiann Cathryn Knipp of Westwood; two grandchildren, Jocelyn Knipp and Bekham Knipp along with several extended family members and friends.

There are no services scheduled at this time.

Wright’s Funeral Home in Greenup, KY. has been entrusted with the arrangements.
