1964 ~ 2026
Julie Ann Coleman Dettwiller (62); of McDermott, OH; went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, at her residence following an extended illness.
She was born on February 15, 1964, in Detroit, MI; a daughter of the late Phillip James & Gladys Mae Adkins Coleman.
She was a Paramedic with Porter Township, a 4-H advisor, a home maker, a blessed MeeMaw, loved to quilt, and was a member of the New Mt. Olive Old Regular Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband, John Paul Dettwiller; a son, Josh Coleman and his wife Robin of McDermott; three daughters, Lynsey Arey and her husband Stephen of Lucasville, Betsy Crabtree and her husband Joe of Portsmouth, and Jenny Osborn and her husband Matt of McDermott; seven grandchildren, Lily, Maddox, Harper, Connor, Abel, Charlee and Elliott; a brother, Jeff Coleman and his wife Shawna of Wheelersburg; her beloved dog Callie; along with a host of extended family and friends.
Funeral services will be at 1:00 PM on Saturday, May 30, 2026, at New Mt. Olive Old Regular Baptist Church in South Shore, KY by Elder Gary Adkins.
Burial will follow in the Garvin Cemetery in McDermott, OH.
Visitation will begin at 6:00 PM on Friday, May 29, 2026, at Wright’s Funeral Home in Greenup, KY and 11am on Saturday before service.
