Kathy Ruth Barker, 66, of Greenup KY, went to be with the Lord, Thursday, January 15, 2026, at the Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland KY.
She was born on June 26, 1959 in Greenup County KY, a daughter of the late David Andrew & Wilma Jean Thompson Craft.
Kathy was proceeded in death along with her parents by son Leslie Shawn Barker and a brother, Jeffery Ray Craft. 
She has survived by her husband of 49 years, Curtis Eugene Barker; a son Justin Shane Barker of Lloyd; two daughters, Candie Summers and her husband Dennis of Crown City OH and Sandie Rhinehimer and her husband Jeff of Nicholasville KY; a granddaughter, Ashlynn Lenee Barker; five brothers, David Craft jr. and his wife Kim, Roy Craft and his wife Patricia, Terry Craft, Jerry Craft and his wife Angie and Tim Craft and his wife Tina; two sisters, Janette Hunt and Tonia Thompson and her husband David, along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends. 
There are no services at this time. 
Wright’s Funeral Home in Greenup, KY. has been entrusted with the arrangements.
