Kelly Ann Ratliff Cooper 57, of Warsaw KY went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, December 24, 2025, at her residence following an extended illness.

She was born in Ashland KY on July 15, 1968, and she was the daughter of Judy Reed formally of Lloyd KY.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Oleta & Forest Lee Reed.  

She is survived in addition to her mother by a son, Jason Justice of Colorado; a daughter, Jenna Justice of Covington KY; two grandchildren, Jace Justice and Hayden Wolfe; siblings, Kristi Bryant and her husband James, Daniel Click and is wife Tina and Tony Click; her beloved nieces and nephew, Leslie, Laynie and Luke Howell and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and friends.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.

Wright’s Funeral Home in Greenup, KY. has been entrusted with the arrangements.
