1923 – 2022
Lillian Irene Pruitt 99 of Bellefonte KY went to be with her Lord on Monday, August 29, 2022, at her residence.
She was born in Ashland KY a daughter of the late Henry Homer & Nellie Elizabeth Day Kazee.
She was preceded in death along with her parents by her husband Charles Edward Pruitt; a daughter, Sharon Louise Slone and eight siblings, Thelma Kazee, Ed Kazee, Glenn Kazee, Vernon Kazee, Bill Kazee, Claude Allen Kazee, Charles Ray Kazee and Betty Sue Kitchen.
She was a member of the Rose Hill Baptist Church, a former member of the Order of the Eastern Star and the former program director of W.T.S.F. Television in Ashland KY.
She is survived by a son, Glenn Edwin Pruitt and his wife Kathy of Salem OR; grandchildren, Gina (Roger) Worthington, Greg (Tonya) Slone, Scott (Sonya) Slone, Tiffany Pruitt, Jeremiah Pruitt, Sharon Foust; great grandchildren, Taylor, Kensey, Mica, Christian, Noel, Noah, Conner, Kevin, Bella, Tyler, Samuel, Arcyana, Kylon, Mayssah and Anyssah.
Graveside funeral services will be at 2:00 PM on Thursday, September 1, 2022, at the Ashland Cemetery Chapel by Brother Kenneth Martin.
Burial will follow in the Ashland Cemetery.
There is no visitation.
