Lundie Meadows, Sr.

Lundie Meadows Sr, 74, of Greenup KY went to be with the Lord on Monday, March 19, 2018 at the Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland KY.

He was born in Greenup KY on June 12, 1943 a son of the late Lonnie Clifford & Virgie Jane George Meadows.

He was a retired lock smith for Kings Daughters Medical Center in Ashland and a Christian.

He was preceded in death along with his parents by his wife, Brenda Lee Woods Meadows in 2016. 

He is survived by a son, Lundie Meadows Jr. and his wife Lisa of Greenup; a daughter, Edna Meadows (Jimmy Stewart) of Ashland; a grandson, Preston Kyle Meadows of Greenup; a granddaughter, Addyson Grace Meadows of Greenup; two brothers, Johnny Meadows of South Shore and Wendell Meadows and his wife Gracie of Greenup; two sisters, Geraldine Morris and her husband Bill of Raceland and Linda Broughton of Lloyd; two good friends, Curt Logan and Carl Carey and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.

Graveside funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, March 23, 2018 at the Sunset Cemetery in Greenup KY by Brother Bill Dillon.

Visitation will be 6:00 PM Thursday, March 22, 2018 at Wright’s Funeral Home in Greenup.
