Obituary

Mark Stephen Beach 66 of Russell KY went to be with the Lord on Monday, January 13, 2020 at his residence.

He was born in Greenup Kentucky on August 10, 1953 a son of the late William Alton & Cora Mae Pope Beach.

He started working for Columbia Gas at Markwest Hydrocarbon at the age of 18 later retiring as a supervisor from Marathon Petroleum with a total of 47 years on the job, he also was a hard core Louisville Cardinals fan.

He was preceded in death along with his parents by two brothers, William R. Beach and Paul A. Beach and two sisters, Mary Frances Thompson and Georgetta Asberry.

He is survived by a son, Markus Antonio Ellison of Ashland; a daughter, Mya Rae Beach and fiancé David of Ashland; a brother, Michael Beach of Greenup; two sisters, Ida Worsley and Brenda Troxler and her husband George all of Greenup; six grandchildren, Jerimiah King Miller, Markiah Farrow Ellison, Terrell Jordan, Hanna Sexton, Roxy Hinkle and Kymani Moore; his special friend, Shelley Patrick, along with a host on nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.   

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Saturday, January 18, 2020 at Wright’s Funeral Home in Greenup KY by Brother Kevin Harrison.

Burial will be at the convenience of the family.

Visitation will be from 6:00 till 8:00PM Friday, January 17, 2020 and 2 hours before the funeral Saturday at the funeral home.
