Merkie Riffe

1956 – 2024

Merkie Riffe, 68, of Crum, WV, went to be with the Lord, Sunday, December 9, 2024, at the Wurtland Nursing and Rehabilitation.

She was born in Mingo County, WV, on December 5, 1956, a daughter of the late Leonard & Cardilla Lawson Riffe.

She was proceeded in death along with her parents by three siblings, William Riffe, Moss Riffe and Doris Paul.

She has survived by two sons, Tony Estep and Michael Estep; a daughter, Rena Canady; eight grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; four siblings, Lucian Riffe, Corabell Finley, Nettie Ratcliff, Katherine Riffe and Eddna Browning; a niece, Patricia Johnson, along with a host of extended family and friends.

There are no services at this time.

Wright’s Funeral Home in Greenup, KY. has been entrusted with the arrangements.
