Mildred Louise Viviano, 80, of Wurtland KY, went to be with the Lord, Thursday, January 22, 2026, at Kingsbrook Lifecare Center in Ashland KY.

She was born in Lake Charles LA on November 26, 1945, a daughter of the late Middleton Louis Cooley & Elizabeth Miers Foshee.

Mildred was proceeded in death by a son, Bruce Billings; her father Middleton Cooley; her parents JR. & Elizebeth Foshee along with several siblings.

Mildred loved to crochet, sew and make homemade gifts for her family and friends.  

She has survived by two sons, Edward Billings and his wife Tamela of Argillite KY and Mickey Billings and his wife Tracy of Worthington KY; a daughter, Tammy Hickman and her husband Jeff of Manchester NH; eleven grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren; two brothers, Leonard Cooley of Hempfield TX and John Foshee of Deridder LA; a sister, Cheryl Galloway of Deridder LA along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.

There are no services.
