1967 – 2024

Paul Thomas Darnell 57, of Beaver OH formally of Lloyd KY, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, May 22, 2024, at his residence following a sudden illness.

He was born in Russell KY on February 5, 1967, a son of the late Vernon Thomas & Marcella Ann Tolle Darnell.

He was a graduate of Greenup County High School Class of 1985 and was a bricklayer by trade.

He was preceded in death along with his parents by a sister, Velma Nickel. 

He is survived by two biological daughters, Hannah Suzanna Willet and her husband Alex and Abigal Elizabeth Darnell all of Morehead KY; five sisters, Lora Darnell Lands of Lloyd, Rhonda Renee Heck of Lloyd, Julie Darnell of Lloyd, Kathy Adams and her husband Brian of Wheelersburg and Lainie Darnell of Lloyd; his girlfriend, Danielle Haney of Beaver; two step daughters, Harley Metcalfe of Beaver OH and Sierra Cook of Otway OH; a step son, Trenton Risner of Piketon OH; a granddaughter, Paisley Cook along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.

Funeral services will be at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, May 28, 2024, at Wright’s Funeral Home in Greenup KY.

Burial will follow in the Brick Union Cemetery in Lloyd KY.

Visitation will be from 11:00 AM till the time of the service on Tuesday at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers it is requested that donations be made to offset the funeral cost.
