Paul Eugene Pierce 70 of Load KY went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, September 13, 2023 at his residence surrounded by his family and friends.

He was born in Greenup County Kentucky on October 25, 1952 a son of the late Richard “Dagwood” & Verna King Pierce.

He was a retired construction worker and truck driver and loved spending time with his family and friends.

He was preceded in death along with his parents by a stepson, Hobart Pack and six siblings, Billy Pack, Juanita Anderson, Margaret Steinhauer, Thomas Pack, Harry Pack and Hobart Pack.

He is survived by his long time partner, Marion Gail Holbert Pack; a son, Paul Scott Pierce and his wife Traci of Crossett AR; three grandsons, Paul (Kaylin) Hobson, John (Charity) Hobson and Joshua (Opal) Hobson; ten, great grandchildren; step children, Martha Lowe, Verna Harper, April Barber, Diane Pack, Dan Hammond, Jolene Smith, Joey Smith and Mia Smith; his best friend, Jim Miller along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.

There are no services scheduled at this time.

Services will be held later at the convenience of the family.  

Wright’s Funeral Home in Greenup, KY. has been entrusted with the arrangements.
