1958 – 2022

Rayetta Sue Hall Porter 63 of Ashland KY went to be with the Lord on Monday, September 5, 2022, at Southern Ohio Medical Center in Portsmouth OH.

She was born in Ironton Ohio on September 29, 1958, a daughter of Billy Joe & Delores Palmer Hall.

She was a member of Community Tabernacle Church, a former Central Technician at Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital and a graduate of Greenup County High School Class of 1976.

She was preceded in death by her father Billy Joe Hall.

She is survived by her husband  of 46 years, Timothy Edward Porter; her mother, Delores Palmer Hall of Greenup; two sons, Jeremy Porter and his wife Christi and Travis Porter both of Ashland; a daughter, Shawna Ison and her husband Wes of Beckley WV; six grandchildren, Wyatt Porter, Dylan Ison, Belle Porter, Gavin Ison, Gabbi Ison and Ryder Spainhower; six siblings, Nancy Hurst, Jeff Hall and his wife Debbie, Jolynda Wireman and her husband Roger, Mark Hall, Keith Hall and his wife Sue and Deidra Mayse and her husband Keith along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.

Funeral services will be at 1:00 PM Saturday, September 10, 2022, at Wright’s Funeral Home in Greenup KY by Brother Rick Evans.

Burial will follow in the Brick Union Cemetery in Lloyd Ky.

Visitation will be from 11:00 AM till the time of the funeral on Saturday at the funeral home.

Serving as Pallbearers will be Wyatt Porter, Dylan Ison, Curtis Worthington, Terry Hurst, Justin Mayse and Nathan Hall.
