1950 – 2022

Rebecca G. Adams 72 of Greenup KY went to be with the Lord on Sunday, October 9, 2022, at the Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland KY.

She was born in Ashland KY on July 9, 1950, a daughter of the late Lonnie & Velma Lewis Lane.

She was a Hairdresser with J.C. Penney for 40+ years and was a member of the Plum Grove Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death along with her parents by her husband, William Allen “Junior” Adams and a son, Greg Adams.

She is survived by two sons, John Adams and his wife Kayla and Gary Adams all of Greenup; four daughters, Julia McGraw and her husband Jacob of Greenup, Corie Roberts of Beaver OH, Gail Gullett of Grovetown GA and Greta Conley of Ashland; fourteen grandchildren, four great grandchildren; a brother, Woody Lane and his wife Dawn of Raceland along with a host of extended family and friends.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, October 15, 2022, at the Plum Grove Baptist Church by Brother Mark Hutchinson.

The family will receive visitors one hour before the start of the service on Saturday.  

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Plum Grove Baptist Church 812 Plum Grove Road Greenup KY 41144.
