Rebecca Sue “Tootie” Bailey, 75, of Greenup KY, went to be with the Lord, Sunday, June 1, 2025, at her residence.

She was born in Oldtown KY on April 28, 1950, a daughter of the late Robert & Ellen Martin Fritz.

Rebecca was the former owner of Tri-State Roofing and Remodeling.

She was proceeded in death along with her parents by three brothers, Robert Eugene Fritz, Charles Thomas Fritz and Willard Fritz and three sisters, Thelma Dean Lambert, Diana Grubb and Katherine Elizabeth Jacobs.

She has survived by a son, Steven Gene Bailey of Greenup KY; a daughter, Regina Sue Cremeans and her husband Elmer of Greenup KY, five grandchildren, Sarah Nicole Kutz, Sonyn Abbigail Bailey, Steven Kramer Cremeans, Christian Zachary Cremeans and Kileah Sue Cremeans; seven great-grandchildren, Kayden, Carter, Casius, Ocean, Rarity, Aizen and Roisen; two sisters, Doris Johnson of Warnock KY and Freda Lawhun of Load KY, along with a host of nieces, nephews, extend family and friends.

Funeral Services will be at 1:00 PM on Thursday, June 5, 2025, at Wright’s Funeral Home in Greenup KY, by brother Shawn Baliey.

Burial will follow after the service at the Fritz Cemetery in Oldtown KY.

Visitation will be from 11:00 AM till the time of the service on Thursday.

Wright’s Funeral Home in Greenup, KY. has been entrusted with the arrangements.
