Richard Lee Wright 70 of Boyd County formally of Greenup went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, April 07, 2020 at Boyd Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

He was born in Charleston WV on May 24, 1949 a son of the late Opha Candom & Margie Elizabeth Poe Wright.

He was retired from DuPont Chemicals and was a minister.

He was preceded in death along with his parents by his wife, Julia Jane Bradley Wright in 2016.

He is survived by two grandchildren, Ethan Wright and Taylor Wright; a good friend, Amy Doss along with numerous extended family and friends.

There are no services scheduled at this time.

Burial will be in the Brick Union Cemetery at a later date.

Wright’s Funeral Home in Greenup KY has been entrusted with his arrangements.
