Richard “Shorty” Henson 74 of Greenup went to be with the Lord on Sunday, October 25, 2020 at Southern Ohio Hospice Center in Portsmouth OH.

He was born in Ashland KY on May 16, 1946 a son of Frances Duncan Henson.

He was preceded in death by a son, Richard B. Henson in 2018 and a brother Homer Henson.

He was a retired Baker for Betsy Ross Bakery.  

He is survived by many friends and neighbors.

Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Thursday, October 29, 2020 at Wright’s Funeral Home in Greenup KY by Brother Chris Bellew.

Burial will be in the Duncan Cemetery in York KY.

Visitation will be 6:00 PM on Wednesday, October 28, 2020 at the funeral home.
