1969 – 2021

Robin Elberta Rice 51 of Ashland KY went to be with the Lord on Monday, February 22, 2021 at King’s Daughters Medical Center in Ashland KY following a sudden illness.

She was born on November 2, 1969 a daughter of the late Ova Godsey and the late Jean Robbins Vancleve.

She was preceded in death along with her parents by three brothers, Jeffery Michael Rice, Billy Dean Rice and David Earl Rice.

She is survived by her wife, Gayla Leigh Richard Rice; two daughters, Amanda Elberta Jackson and her husband Brandon of Ashland and Gracie Leighann Rice Tindall (Cameron Barrow) of Flatwoods; her ex-husband, Bill Tindall; three grandchildren, Katrina Elberta Jackson, Kamia Lee Jackson and Jazmyn Faye Barrow; two sisters, Karen Jean Rice of Ashland and Barbara Lents D’Agnillo (Steve) of Ypsilanti MI; a sister in law, Jennifer Rice of Greenup; five step children, Selena Nicole Sullivan (Isaiah) of Ashland, Jessica Leighann Sullivan of Grayson, Anthony Daniel Fisk and Harold Gordon Fisk both of Ashland and William David Tindall (Maria) of Jackson MI; a step mother, Julie Godsey of Goodyear AZ along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.

A private viewing will be held for the family.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, February 27, 2021 at the House of Grace in Ashland KY.

Wright’s Funeral Home in Greenup has been entrusted with her arrangements.
