1953 – 2023

Teddy Kenneth Osborn 70 of Greenup KY went to be with the Lord on Thursday, August 17, 2023, at his residence.

He was born in Pikeville KY on May 25, 1953, a son of the late Kenneth Eugene “Gabby” & Juanita Fannin Osborn.

He was a veteran serving in the U.S. Army and a graduate of the Greenup Independent Hich School.

He was preceded in death along with his parents by a brother, Robert “Bob” Fannin.

He is survived by two daughters, Stephanie Sparks of Ashland KY and Amanda White of Pittsburg PA; three grandchildren, Joshua, Emma and Ella; five brothers, Ronnie Osborn of Flatwoods KY, Larry Osborn of Richmond KY, Roy Osborn of Catlettsburg KY, Denver Osborn of Georgetown KY and Rick Osborn of Wurtland KY along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.

Graveside services will be held at 1:00 PM Monday, August 21, 2023 at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery NE by Dr. Thomas Melvin.

There is no visitation.

Military honors will be conducted by the Vance Huston Detachment of the Marine Corps League and the United States Army.

Wright’s Funeral Home in Greenup, KY. has been entrusted with the arrangements.
