Titus Russell “Rusty” Adkins 59 of Ashland KY went to be with the Lord at Kings Daughters Medical Center in Ashland KY.
He was born on June 11, 1960 a son of the late Titus Adkins and the late Norma Jean Ash Elswick.
He was preceded in death along with his parents by a sister, Mary Ann Adkins.
He is survived by a sister, Lanora Jane “Janie” Adkins of Russell; his step father, Harry Russell Elswick of Greenup along with a host of extended family and friends.
