Trampas Arlend Bertram 59, of Vanceburg KY went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, after a long battle with health issues.

He was born in Greenup County KY on December 8, 1966, a son of the late Wesley Arlend & Mary Elizabeth Rister Bertram.

He was a self-employed handyman and loved to be in the woods with nature.

He was preceded in death along with his parents by a brother, Wesley Lee Bertram and two sisters, Bonnie Lou Halliman and Lollie Mae Layne.

He is survived by three sons, Dakota Bentley, Arlen Bertram and Trampas “Gabe” Bertram; four daughters, Ashley Royster, Flora Bertram, Amber Rice and Keisha Hesler; two brothers, Terry Ray Bertram and Sammy Daniel Bertram; ten grandchildren along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.

There are no formal services at this time.

It was Trampas’s wishes to be cremated, and his ashes scattered over his favorite Ginseng patch.   

Wright’s Funeral Home in Greenup, KY. has been entrusted with the arrangements.
