Effie Elizabeth Braden 71, of Load KY went to be with the Lord on Monday, May 8, 2017 at Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland KY.

She was born in Greenup County KY on February 12, 1946 a daughter of the late Stanley & Zelma Craft.

She was a homemaker, one of the original dispatchers for the Load Volunteer Fire Department and was of the Baptist Faith.

She was preceded in death along with her parents by her husband Ronald Lee Braden in 2015; a brother, Benny Craft and a sister, Tiny Adams.

She is survived by a son, Stanley Ray Braden and his wife Cameillia of Warnock; two grandchildren, Zane Braden and Megan Craft; a brother, James Craft of Springfield OH; a sister, Annie Thornsberry of Springfield and a host of extended family and friends.

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Thursday, May 11, 2017 at Wright’s Funeral Home in Greenup KY by Brother Donnie Smith.

Burial will follow in the Bentley Cemetery in Load KY.

Visitation will be from 11:00 AM till the time of the service on Thursday at the funeral home.
