I sit here grieving as Lisa McFann has been so heavy on my heart these past few days. She was by far one of the greatest friends I've ever known. She showed me God's love at such a dark time in my life. And she brought me reasons to smile when everything around me was so heavy. Ugh.... and now that I think of it, it was a dark time in her life too. I've never met Jacob, Katie, or that sweet baby boy (I'm sure he's not a baby by now and I hate myself for forgetting his name) but in a strange, remote way I feel like I know them just from the many things Lisa shared with me. She was so proud of her children. I miss her so much it hurts.
